  • We then have a full bill of quantities (Costing per item) for the project compiled.
  • We then take the costing and submit a Material and labour price for every aspect of the construction.
  • All the items you as client wold like to fit as PC (Prime cost item) also get added. Example, kitchen cupboards, tiles or light fittings.
  • The NHBRC cost is added.
  • Municipal fees
  • Our Forman and related costs.
  • Our monthly Project management fee.
  • Health and safety fee.
